On July 1, 1997, Yangsen Enterprise Group was incorporated in Shanghai. Coincidentally, Hong Kong returned to the embrace of the motherland on the same day.
In 1998, in Shanghai Bekaert, Yangsen built China's first steel fiber concrete floor, making the floor more smooth with less seam.
In 1999, in Shanghai Cigarette Factory, China's first water-based epoxy self-leveling floor was built by Yangsen. With the pursuit of excellence in environmental performance, Yangsen led the development of the industry.
In 2002, Yangsen Shanghai plantwas officially put into operation, covering an area of 8000m2 with production capacity of 5,000 tons.
In 2003, Shandong branch and Chengdu branch were established to provide more timely services to markets in North China and Southwest China.
In 2004, Nanjing branch and Xiamen branch were established to meet the development needs of Jianghuai region and South China market.
In 2005, Beijing branch and Zhejiang Branch were established to further improve the service network in North China and East China market.
In 2006, Jilin branch and Dalian branch were established to meet the expanding service needs of the Northeast market.
In 2008, the national invention patent "Preparation Method of Polyurethane Floor Materials with Polyurethane Resin " was approved.
In 2009, Shaanxi branch was established. In the same year, the Group's annual turnover exceeded 100million RMB.
In 2011, Chongqing branch was established. In the wave of large-scale development of western region, it provides more timely services to Yunnan, Guizhou, and Sichuan.
In 2013, Yangsen's factories in Jining, Shandong were officially put into operation, covering an area of 54,000m2, with production capacity of 20,000 tons. In the same year, Qingdao branch and Harbin branch were set up. Since then, Yangsen's service network has covered six regions of Northeast China, North China, Central China, East China, South China, Southwest China, and Northwest China.
In 2014, the Group's annual turnover exceeded 200 million RMB.
In 2015, in Fuzhou Tianyu Transformer, China's first real whole seamless floor was built by Yangsen, creating a 6000m2 range without a seam.
In 2017, the plant covering an area of 22000m2 in Qidong, Jiangsu province was officially put into operation with production capacity of 18,000 tons. At the same time, a celebration of the twentieth anniversary of Yangsen’s establishment was held.
