The second training course at the college of technology affiliated to CFA in East China Area has been successfully started at Yangsen Campus! The college of technology affiliated to the flooring material branch of China Building Materials Federation meets the second course of 2016 on June 2nd. —— the technical seminar for the floor materials of polyurethane in all series. As the undertaker of this course, Yangsen Campus records everything between the college and the trainees in the whole process. 

At Qidong, Jiangsu which shares the same river with Shanghai, the new plant of Shanghai Yangsen is established; in the meantime it is also the location of Yangsen campus for the college of technology affiliated to CFA in East China Area. 

Everyone at Yangsen has made the sufficient preparation for this course, with the integration of resources from all aspects; they spare no effort to forge a good learning environment for trainees from all over the country. 

On June 2nd which is the date for the open of this course, trainees from the floor industry and the experts gather around, there is no absent seat in the classroom.

Mr. Chen Hui, the manager for the research and development of products from Yangsen, member of the technical commission affiliated to CFA in East China Area gives a lecture of “the development and application for the flooring material of polyurethane with no solvent”. 

The technicians and trainees at Yangsen Campus conduct the courses of actual operation in groups, the technicians teach hand by hand to the trainees for the various kinds of construction methods on polyurethane floor, every trainee can conduct the operation himself or herself, the technician will timely correct and guide him or her on the side. 

Every group is united in the course of actual operation, for the knowledge before noon, everyone wants to try the actual operation, and this makes the operation site very active. 

Some trainees learn fast and operate easily, after the command for the features of the material, they are quite skillful for the operation, the technicians at Yangsen Campus say: “you don’t see that it is the first time they make the sample, I thought they had been working for the construction team, it was not until I asked that I knew it was their first time.” The image shows the trainees in the fifth and sixth group are in the training of actual operation. 

In the process of the actual operation, trainees will always raise their questions; the technicians at Yangsen Campus will patiently answer each of their questions. The demonstration of the operation will be conducted first at the site of the actual operation, all the groups shall gather around for the demonstration of the technicians, and then they will be pided into groups for the training of the actual operation. The image shows the trainees are gathering around for the demonstration of the operation and shooting and recording the whole process of the operation. 

The technicians will teach some skills to the trainee during the demonstration, such as the skills for the throwing of the color flakes. How to let the color flakes be evenly distributed on the surface of the floor by the throw.  

The experts from CFA also try the actual operation by themselves onsite to pass on their experience and help the trainee solve various kinds of technical issues. Each group completes the course of actual operation successfully, this course of actual operation is not only a brand new experience, it even establishes a bridge between the trainees.
